What does a glc tour cost?
We have transparent pricing on all our options. Our full tours cost $7,500, no matter where in the world you travel. If you're looking to add only a few cities or a country, then it's $750 per day.
What do glc tours include?
Our tours include daily transportation, 3-4 school visits and meetings per day, counselor events, and most food.
what extra expenses should we budget for?
Flights to and from the tour, inter-region flights/transportation, hotels, some food, visas, and international travel insurance. However, if you're more comfortable with us helping to book some of these items, let us know and we can send you a package option.
Do you offer a multi-tour discount?
Yes! Reach out and we will be happy to offer you a discount!
what does a typical day look like?
Typically, we will have 3-4 school visits and/or counselor/parent meetings per day. We may not always have time for lunch, but we bring snacks on the bus to share! Tentative itineraries are shared about 6 weeks prior to the start of the trip, with updates given often, and a final schedule shared prior to departure.
what is unique about glc tours?
The focus at every event is relationship building, which includes interactive activities with students, meeting with parents as much as possible, and spending quality time with counselors. By building meaningful relationships, you're about to get better ROI for your university.
I've never traveled to this country/region before! Do you offer pre-departure support?
Yes! We will do pre-departure meetings for every tour, whether you're new to a region or have been many times! I want every tour member to feel comfortable in the country/region and have an opportunity to ask questions before you even start packing!
why does glc require at least 4 universities on tour and cap tours to 10 universities?
Our goal is to make sure you spend your time and money wisely, and have a great experience. We have found that when it's a group smaller than 4, school visits aren't as engaging and with groups over 10, universities can get lost in the shuffle. We want you to showcase the best of your university!
how can you support our roi?
We do this a few ways! First, our pre-departure meetings help you prepare for the types of visits and meetings we will have, as well as give cultural context around the schedule. Additionally, we help collect leads at each visit so you can focus on your conversations, rather than getting student information. We also share post-tour comments, student data and counselor information once we return home so you cna follow up as needed.
why do you showcase other tour companies on your page?
We know that our timings or destinations aren't right for everyone, or we may be full a tour, so we are happy to share other opportunities and companies that we think you'll enjoy just as much as a GLC tour!
